With an area of 5,000 m2 completed in 22 months. The theater has 6 floors above ground and 3 basement floors, including a 900-seat main auditorium, a 500-seat concert hall and display areas, art exhibitions and other auxiliary works.
The overall project has neoclassical architecture with the functional blocks of a theater clearly expressed.
The extremely luxurious and modern highlight, suitable for the architecture inside the theater, is the walnut veneer color (AM Walnut #YL36). Because of this, Yen Lam is proud when its products are included in the capital’s architectural and cultural works.
