Payment Methods

1. Orders for Individuals 

For individual customers purchasing materials for home use or small projects, Yên Lâm requires 100% payment of the order value prior to delivery. The order value excludes shipping and installation costs. In cases where customers require support with shipping or installation, please discuss directly with our sales staff to agree on the costs and a suitable plan.

2. Orders for Project/ Large Quantities 

For project orders or bulk purchases, Yên Lâm applies two flexible payment methods:

• Payment via contract: Payment through Bank Guarantee.

General Notes:

• Payment must be made in accordance with the agreement in the contract to ensure the schedule of product supply.
• Costs incurred outside the material value (such as transportation, processing, and installation) will be agreed upon prior to delivery.
• Customers are advised to retain invoices, delivery notes, and payment documents to facilitate future reconciliation.
