Purchasing Guide

1. Purchasing through Sales Staff 

For interior projects or large quantity orders, customers can work directly with Yen Lam’s sales team. Our staff will provide profiles, sample boards, and product information (Veneer – High Pressure Laminate HPL – and related materials) for reference.

After agreeing on the designs and requirements, customers can further discuss with the sales or technical department to better understand the products and determine suitable solutions for each category.

2. Purchasing via Hotline 

In addition to direct transactions, customers can contact our Hotline at (028) 7300 4556 or 0903 796 367 for product consultation, quotations, and ordering support. The Hotline is active during office hours and on weekends to provide prompt assistance.

3. Purchasing Directly at the Office 

Customers wishing to view material samples, colors, and product lines directly can visit the Yen Lam office at: 77 Hoang Sa, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Note: Due to the nature of the work, sales staff may be at construction sites or meeting clients outside the office. Customers are advised to book an appointment in advance to ensure full support and consultation. Before visiting, customers can refer to product information on our website: www.yenlam.com.

4. Important Notes When Purchasing at Yen Lam 

• Some Products may not always be available in stock, depending on the batch and timing. 
• Delivery times for large orders or orders requiring processing/machining will be longer than usual. During this period, customers can communicate with staff to stay updated on the delivery status.
• In the event that delivery time changes due to transportation or objective factors, Yên Lâm will provide timely notifications.
• All products supplied by Yen Lam are guaranteed to be genuine and come with full invoices and delivery notes.
• Please carefully check the goods and receipts upon delivery. Any discrepancies reported after signing for receipt will not be processed.
