1. Delivery Methods 

Yen Lam Veneer & HPL provides nationwide delivery with two main options: customers may pick up goods directly at the company’s warehouse or request doorstep delivery. Doorstep delivery is  especially convenient for customers in Ho Chi Minh City, where order volume is high, ensuring safe and timely transportation.

2. Warehouse Pickup 

Customers may collect their goods directly at Yên Lâm’s factory. Before pickup, staff will assist with product inspection and verification of related documents and invoices. This method allows customers to proactively confirm product quantity and quality, especially suitable for urgent or immediate pick-up needs.

3. Step Delivery 

The company provides nationwide door-to-door delivery. Shipping fees will be agreed upon based on the delivery location and order volume. For large orders, Yên Lâm may support part or all of the shipping cost to maximize convenience and cost efficiency for customers. Our team will coordinate closely with customers to arrange a delivery schedule aligned with project timelines or usage needs.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on stock availability, product readiness, and destination. Yên Lâm will inform customers of the estimated delivery schedule upon order confirmation and provide updates during transit. Our goal is to ensure customers receive their goods on time and in the best condition.

5. Delivery acceptance Rules 

Upon delivery, customers should carefully inspect the goods and accompanying documents. After the delivery is confirmed, Yên Lâm will be responsible for any issues arising during transportation.
