Warranty policy

1. Scope of application 

This Warranty Policy applies to all products supplied by Yen Lam Veneer & HPL. Warranty coverage is valid only upon presentation of a complete invoice, warranty card, or valid proof of purchase.

2. Warranty Period 

 The warranty period varies depending on the specific product category and usage conditions. During the warranty period, in the event of technical defects arising from the manufacturer, Yên Lâm assumes responsibility for repair, replacement, or assistance in accordance with this policy. The specific warranty duration will be explicitly stated in the warranty card or the product supply contract.

4. Warranty Condition 

Products are eligible for warranty only if the following conditions are met:

• The customer provides a valid invoice, warranty card, or legitimate proof of purchase.
• The product is used, stored, and installed strictly in accordance with Yên Lâm’s guidelines.
• The product is free from damage caused by external impact, force majeure (natural disasters), improper installation, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

Upon detecting a defect during the warranty period, customers are requested to contact Yên Lâm directly via Hotline: (028) 7300 4556 – 0903 796 367 or Email: yenlamcompany@gmail.com for instructions. Our staff will verify the information, inspect the product condition, and proceed with warranty resolution as prescribed, which may include repair, replacement, or other appropriate forms of support.

6. Our Commitment 

Yên Lâm guarantees that all products under warranty are 100% genuine and meet manufacturing quality standards. Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect the product and receipt upon delivery. The Company shall not be liable for warranty claims regarding products that have been signed for upon receipt if defects are not reported within the valid warranty period.
